We started Sydney Mold Pros in 2014 with one van, two blokes, and a phone that wouldn’t stop ringing. Sydney’s coastal climate meant mould was everywhere—behind tiles in Bondi bathrooms, creeping through Mosman basements, turning North Shore wardrobes into science experiments. We’d both worked for larger restoration companies and kept seeing the same thing: rushed jobs, missed spots, customers left guessing. So we figured we’d give it a crack ourselves. Started small, took our time with each job, and built from there. Eleven years later, we’re still here because we got the basics right early—show up when you say you will, find all the mould (not just the obvious bits), and fix it properly the first time. Sydney’s humidity doesn’t give you second chances with mould work.

We’re now a team of eight IICRC-certified technicians, and between us we’ve got over 60 years of combined experience dealing with Sydney’s mould problems.
